Delivery Policy

How an engagement is delivered

Aceuscor delivers services, not goods. Nothing is shipped to you by us: the physical work happens at the supplier's site, at a warehouse, or on the document set for your shipment. What is handed over is a written output, which is why the order form asks for a billing contact rather than a delivery address.

Scheduling

Verification work usually starts within three business days of the scope being approved. An inspection is booked against the supplier's production schedule and confirmed with a date before the visit is made. Document review starts as soon as the papers are provided, and its turnaround is stated in the scope.

If a date cannot be met

Where a date cannot honestly be met, we say so rather than letting the schedule slip quietly. In that case the engagement is either rescheduled with your agreement or declined, and no fee is charged for work that was not done.

Cancellation

An engagement can be cancelled before work starts at no charge. Once a visit has been made or a file has been opened, the work done up to that point is charged at the rate stated in the scope, and the findings produced so far are handed over.
