A desk between the buyer and the goods
Supporting copy that explains the offer in one or two lines.
How we workWhy this desk exists
Most supplier checks do not fail because the buyer asked nothing. They fail because the answers were never written down. A company name, a photograph of a workshop and a quotation arrive in a chat thread, the price looks reasonable, and the order is placed on material that would not satisfy anyone inside the business doing the buying.
Aceuscor is a small desk working on the buyer's side. We verify the counterparty, inspect the goods, consolidate the shipment and prepare the file, and we put every conclusion in writing with the evidence behind it. Where something could not be checked, we say that too.
How we charge
Per engagement, agreed before work starts. We do not take a commission from a supplier and we are not paid a percentage of the order value, so a recommendation is not affected by who wins the order.
What we do not do
We do not certify goods, we do not act as your customs broker, we do not sign declarations on your behalf, and we do not guarantee a clearance time, a duty figure or an inspection result. We report what we saw, what we could not see, and what we would need to check next.
Who does the work
The person who scopes the engagement is the person who answers the questions that come up while the goods are moving. Handovers are written and filed with the findings, in the same folder.

That is enough for us to say what we would look at and what it would cost. A quote is not an order, and it commits you to nothing.
